The Short Version
Be a decent person. Subscriptions are purely to support the channel. You can cancel anytime. If you want a refund, just email me and I will refund you, no questions asked.
Subscriptions
All subscription tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are purely to support the channel. They are not purchases of goods or services. There are no guaranteed benefits or exclusive content tied to any tier at this time.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
My policy is simple: If you want a refund for any reason, email me at contact@nextupanything.com and I will refund you. No questions asked.
I would rather refund someone who changed their mind than have anyone feel like they made a mistake supporting this channel.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you subscribe, you will receive an email from Stripe with a link to manage your subscription. You can also email me if you need help canceling.
Website Tools
The website and its tools are provided as-is, free to use. In rare cases, a specific tool may require a subscription if it costs significant money to host or run, but this will be clearly indicated. The vast majority of content and tools will always be free.
